SIDO.Liberty initiative of Programos Foundation targeted unemployed Graduates from diverse disciplines between (2000 – 2012). These graduates numbering 250 in different batches were incubated freely for ICT-enabled upskilling with specific specialization on Capital market Business process digital transformation and supplied for freely to the Nigerian capital market organisations.
