Programos Foundation, Nigeria – founders of Innovationbed Africa partners Women Who Code of India, under its #Innovationbed4women to organize an international technical and mentoring Train-The-Trainer workshop designed for women – 5 women have been nominated from Nigeria. The initial beneficiaries will in turn join the incubation2030 faculty to expand programme in Nigeria and other African countries 2022 as we target 1000 women from the 36 states and FCT alone in 2022.


Course Content: Java/.NET/Hadoop/Software Testing


Duration: 3 Months

Programos has grown along very resourceful dimensions since the pandemic in areas of Coding: Tutorials, articles, videos, and other educational materials to excel; Leadership: Find leadership opportunities that expand women skills and enhance their career. Global Community: Advancing technical skills with other communities of women in programmes annually.


Women need tech education to maximize yields in their entrepreneurship endeavors upon which many families depend.


Programos believes women are equally capable to build a nation where there are opportunities that expose the female gender to many of the emerging tech careers that easily enable them to develop capacity that bridge gaps in our society.


Innovationbed4women incubating programmes focusing on efforts that build a gender-balanced environment educating women on development initiatives with tech tools and knowledge


Equal exposure of women to tech opportunities as male counterpart will help women excel in their exploits and succeed in technology.


#Innovationbed4women is designed specifically to improve and complement the outcome of Pet Projects of First Ladies in leadership around us.


Pioneer Executives promoting Digital Transformation Advisor and Planning Incubation2030 programme alongside their administrative agenda worthy of mention include Zamfara and Nasarawa States.
